I dislocated my shoulder and had to be put under general anaesthetic to get back in. I also broke my humerus. Sling from the hospital was hopeless so I bought this. I got a large (I am a size 16 female) as I wanted to wear it over fleeces etc. It is easy to get on but its tricky getting your elbow right into the corner - because the soft band that goes around the back of your neck and shoulder is stitched into place so you need to be fairly mobile with your other arm to adjust. The black rucksack style strap makes it easy to adjust because because you simply pull it down to elevate or lift the buckle to release. I have since been given a more fleecy style sling that has an additional telco strap across the forearm which gives it more support. I feel a bit mean giving a 4 for comfort but its just there's no support for my hand and the sling works its way around the back of my body..perhaps a smaller size would have been better or a forearm/arm length guide? Apart from that its much better than what I was given from hospital and 100% better than an old crepe bandage!

Liked this sling, it really helps me but it can be tricky to get the neck padding right. It would be easier if the padding was moveable.

Not so comfortable, plastic clips slipped and rubbed. Hard to work out sizing. Arrived quickly though.

Lightweight sling looked perfect for relieving pressure of carrying around heavy plastercast arm. But, after a few minutes it was apparent that the buckle on the strap sticks right in your shoulder.

I found this sling to be comfortable and so much better than the flimsy sling I left A&E wearing. The size was good but I found it slightly difficult to put on without assistance- but that was more to do with my injury and lack of mobility in the affected joint than a design issue.Comfortable to wear and my lips felt well supported.

Couldn’t use product as too big for the size

The should strap was very uncomfy at the neck. No better than the NHS one so not worth the money

Comfortable and supportive when tightened. I have frozen shoulder, it kept my arm supported and helped with pain.
