Sturdy and ideal
I have to do leg strength building exercises for a joint condition and have got through a few resistance bands. I chose these because they’re smaller in size than others and a good price. They arrived quickly, suit my needs and seem nice and sturdy so I’m expecting them to last. A good purchase.

Not brilliant but worth the money
A good range a strengths, I think they are good for the price. They do roll and don’t always stay in place, but at a cheap price I don’t think I can really complain. If you want better quality you got to pay for it!

Awful, kept rolling up and left me bruised
Used the bands once. Then the 2nd time I came to use them they started rolling up. This was extremely uncomfortable which then left me bruised. I did message the supplier who didnt bother to respond. I would not waste my money next time and go for material instead of these!!!

Really good, I use them pretty much in all my gym session. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star, is because ivyonly had them for approx 3 months now and the medium strength one has started to tear a bit.
