This brace is comfortable and adjustable. It works very well.

Thuis is my third purchase of this brace. I have used them for Carpal Tunnel support and for bouts of arthritis and tendinitis. They are comfortably supportive and can be used on either hand. There is a removable piece of metal inside that supports the underside of the wrist, hand and palm. This can be bent to a more comfortable shape if it is too straight for the user. There are two velcro adjustable straps that help with comfort as well.

Works well. I’ve had ones like this before. I like the cushion. I wouldn’t use this during the day. But it’s perfect for night splint.

I love this brace for my carpel tunnel its soft and the little pillow that keeps your wrist in the proper position is awesome. the most comfortable night brace I've had!

These are perfect for my carpel tunnel pain. The beaded cushion add a comfortable layer of support. No hard metal pushing against my palm. I slept very well last night, hopefully they are durable but I’ve only used them one night.

When I first got this item, it worked well and I was ok with it. It's was not quite as rigid as the old brace I had, and I wasn't thrilled with the sort of "Bean bag" feel to the hands portion, but it was getting the job done. I was wearing this to try and avoid my wrist flexing much at night, as carpal tunnel syndrome was keeping me awake. But the actual most supportive piece inside has already now worn out, and it doesn't hold my wrist as rigidly as was necessary to get the effect.It'd be one thing if I had it for years, but this was definitely only a couple months, and I expect longer out of my products. The other product in these lines I bought for the other wrist to try out is still functioning well (though has it's own issues), so it's not like anything will just stop working.I have no doubts that if you're just looking for some thing to protect it, and there can still be a little flex, then this product could work for you. But if you need it held pretty rigid and expect to be wearing it frequently for more than just a month or two, I would look elsewhere.

This brace tends to run a little small. It's all one piece, in the way it was sewn together. To put it on, you stick your hand thru it like putting on a glove. There is a connecting piece of fabric connecting both sides. There are some velcro straps to tighten it up. Maybe that fabric is there to cover up the velcro straps so it doesn't irritate the skin on your arm, I don't know. But that fabric was the reason that it was making it small. It wasn't wide enough. I liked this brace because it can be used for the left hand or right hand. Inside there's a small pillow, similar to a mini bean bag. This fits in the palm of your hand. That makes it comfortable, but it can't it removed, unless you cut it out.I couldn't wear this brace because I have some extremely painful nerve issues in my hand. This made it extremely uncomfortable to wear. When I when I did wear it, my hand would be numb when I woke up in the morning. The issue was with my hand and not the product. I did my research on this brace. Before I purchased this product, I almost got a similar one at a retail store for much more money. This brace was much more reasonably priced, & nearly identical. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me. I ended up having to get a custom brace made. I would definitely say it's worth buying if it's just for carpal tunnel, strain or sprain. This product offers very good support & cushioning. I think it's definitely a good product, it just didn't work out for me.

This brace is nicely padded and very supportive. It fits well.
