Works REALLY well.Well engineered and designed with a reliable radio connection.I use them to drop fishing hooks in hard-to-reach spots and it works perfectly for that.PERFECTLY matches the DJI Spark and balances will with that drone.

Fun & inexpensive little device good for dropping things from your drone
I always wondered whether a device that cost a lot than the competition could really work. I performed a test using a few different items, but mainly paint filled water balloons (experiment for our vlog).The device worked perfect for me every time. I didn't test the distance, but and just over 100' it worked fine. I don't have a need to drop stuff a lot of so this inexpensive unit fits the bill. I've attached it to my landing skids which made it tricky to take off, but avoided the strap covering my downward facing sensor.One downside I experienced was the battery life. The product description says it should last 2hrs. After fully charging mine only worked for roughly 30min. Again I'm not using this as a work horse tool, so not a major concern.

Warning!
This worked okish first time HOWEVER, you must switch off the radar sensors (if you have them) I have the Mavic Pro, drone took off and went straight up uncontrollable on its own to 80 meters then simply stopped and came straight back down again, the impact broke off the camera gimble, smashed the camera and damaged the body/legs. You have been warned.

Poor Poor Poor
Product probably but I’ll never know, as it arrived with the remote batteries corroded and stuck together. Dropper battery which is rechargeable was completely dead and wouldn’t charge. Contacted customer services who said they would send out a replacement but failed to do so

The best add on to a drone I’ve seen yet. The water balloons are excellent but maybe a couple of extra holding clips wouldn’t go amiss please? Overall superb fun
