Good rice
Cheap and fairly tasty, easy to cook. I clean the rice off the phytic acid by using apple cider vinegar and it works well.

PRICE increasing by the week! Value for money??
This is a fine and pleasurable tasting rice. It cooks well. I've had no problems with it. However, to my disliking, it seems that on my Amazon app account whenever I plan to buy this product it's price is at £2+, today £2.69 THE HIGHEST PRICE I have ever seen for this rice product. And whenever I don't need to buy this item, because I have enough in stock still - this product is at the price of around £1.67 (a great price, a competitive price, a bargain price). This price range is why the product is / was my favoured go to product for purchase Vs competitors.Amazon please quit taking advantage of my product consumption rate and then INFLATING the price. This is algorithm abuse / profit prioritising business / abuse of consumer fair pricing.It feels like I'm Buying into a rice STOCK MARKET = stressful and stress inducing!If I wished to buy 5kg of rice - this creates £6.45 FLUCTUATION in price range over ONLY a series of days (from a seeking price of £1.67 one day and £2.96 on another day e.g. today 12/01/2025).Happy new year.Peace and blessings to all readers.

Tasty if it's cooked for long enough.
Lovely tasting wholegrain rice. The instructions say boil for 15 to 20 minutes, but it doesn't get soft and fluffy until 35 minutes, so that's the time I give it.

Although white rice seems to differ greatly, brown rice all seems pretty much the same to me, so this rice does as well as any other brown on flavour.The rice is very plump. The grains are two to three times the width of the other brown rice I have, which to me means that it's probably part cooked. I suppose that explains why it cooks easily.I tried cooking this on white rice settings with my rice cooker and I really liked the results. I'm not really in to fluffy rice, my rice cooker makes both white and brown rice too fluffy for my taste. However, cooking this on white rice settings, the result was superb. Love it!This has now become my no.1 brown rice. Will definitely buy again. Don't be fooled by the low price.Recommended.
