TargusCampus Notebook Backpack up to 39.1 cm (15.4 Inches)

I used this bag for the last 2 years most days for university or travelling in Europe for work so it has got a lot of work out and its still holding up well.As you can see this bag looks very professional and you can fit more in here than in my belkin bag for up to 17inch laptops.The front pocket has a netted section which is useful for loose items, below that it has 2 pockets which you can fit CDs in, but I have never used it for that, I use it for cables and my spare phone batteries. It also has space for 2 pens to be put in for easy access when needed.It has 2 pockets on the side which my bobble bottle water bottle fits in quite well. It has 2 clips between the little front pocket and the main section which can be unclipped to fit more into the bag which I have used since I got it.It also has 2 zips in these because you won't probably use both but you may use one, I don't know what you would store in there, I have never really used it.The main compartment in the bag is split into two by a thick divider to pad your laptop. it is very thick and does this job admirably. It also has material with velcro on to lock your laptop in place. The other section in the main compartment can store several A4 notepads, books etc or even and Xbox 360 with a laptop in the other compartment.The hidden pocket always houses my passport, EHIC card and boarding cards for flights or wallet if I don't have space in my pocket. It is so well hidden it took me 9 months to notice it.The straps are very rugged and are undamaged after all this time. They are very comfortable and the material has a diamond pattern hole in the fabric to allow your back to breathe more which is very helpful when its hot.It also has a waist strap to prevent it banging against your back if it is fully loaded which have also come in very useful.The bottom of the bag is padded to save bumps to your tech as well as being made out of to stiff plastic s you can rest it on a wet floor without worrying.I did have some issues with the top of the bag material fraying off but Targus has a lifetime limited warranty on their products which I contacted them about and after a few emails they said they will send me a new one. I will update on how that goes

EDIT:I've had this backpack for around 4 years. It's been all over the place with me including abroad and Uni, consistently rammed full with stuff (often heavy with my laptop, books etc). About 6 months ago it started to fray on the 'mesh' like material on the front, but it's basically just very noticeable cosmetic damage. Underneath the fraying is another layer of material so it functions fine. One of the reasons I brought it back then was for it's lifetime warranty, so I contacted Targus 4 YEARS LATER with details, and virtually hassle-free they have sent out a brand new replacement (without even requesting the old one). If for no other reason, BUY TARGUS for their customer support and warranty.Below is my review for when I originally got it, all still applies to this day.I spent quite a while looking at different choices for laptop bag (for 15" Macbook Pro) and decided to go with this based on price, spec and reviews. It hasn't disappointed, very good quality, good size with lots of different slots, areas etc (without being too many). The laptop fits in comfortably, perhaps a bit too loose, which turned out to be perfect for me as I have a protective laptop sleeve that also fits in with it perfectly.It looks slick, but is very much just black throughout which may put some off, wouldn't have minded a few extra design tweaks, but still looks good in a more professional way. My only only other main complaint is that it is black entirely inside the bag, I'd prefer a light grey or something to make looking inside easier.

1 "Targus TEB01 Backpack - Black (fits 15.4" Notebooks)"I orderd this yesterday at 1329hrs, it arrived under 24hrs later to my door,pretty impressive since I live in a rural area. Fairly large box which I thought was slightly unecessary however here it is.The Bag itself was bought solely on the recommendations of Amazon reviewers so I can't really in all fairness judge the bag's day to day wear and tear having just taken deliver of it , however it hit all the marks and it will accompany me on a flight to the Med this weekend.My laptop it precisely 15" x 10" and there is loads of room, I even put my son's 15" laptop which fits in easily beside it. 2 x laptops and there is still more room. One of the reviewers mentioned fitting a 17" laptop in. This bag will easily do that however the it will just creep over the protective central padding. Personally I would have no issue with this. Following on I also put an X-Box in beside the laptop and there was still bags of room. Don't ask me why it was just and experiment.!The bag does it for me however I do have issues with the tiny side pockets which could really do with being a tad larger, the secret pocket is a giggle and discretely hidden however, since I don't travel with a passport other than on my person I may make use of it at another time.Lifetime warranty is the clincher so I expect this bag to outlast me.Update 20th June 2013: Now had this bag for a year and its still looks as good as new, been all over the country with it in all weathers and off to the Med again next week. Still loving the secret pocket, thoroughly recommended.
