I received this laptop today for it to not work, it wouldn't turn on the charger wasn't properly rapped up in the box, the laptop had many scratches. when i plugged the charger up the light didn't come on and it wasn't charging the laptop. I was so excited to use this laptop for it to not work, and It felt like everything was loose when I got it.

Dell Latitude M5410 is pretty solid and reliable. Got refurbished, but it feels like brand new. Very satisfied. Using it now to leave this feedback.

Laptop Dell Reacondicionada, componentes como procesador, ram y capacidad del disco tal como dice en las especificaciones.Detalles: 90% de su estado estético, tiene todas sus condiciones optimas en funcionamiento, llevo dos días usándolo sin problemas le instale Windows 11 con normalidad.10 % la única falla que le encontré en su parte estética fue casi imperceptible en las esquinas del marco de la pantalla como pelado si no lo tuviera fuera un equipo 100% recomendable con los ojos cerrados. Me imagino dependiendo del equipo que tenga el vendedor puedes obtener ese 100 % de perfección. Para ser un producto reacondicionado en calidad excelente me gusta el producto. A darle uso ver cómo se comporta a pasar los meses. tengo uno sola fallita que no he podido conseguir la solucion, es activar la camara no se me arroja un error no la he podido usar

Ordered a unit that was "renewed" and listed has having minor cosmetic defects.To start, the front two corners were bashed inward like buckled kneecaps. When I pushed the power button, the paint began flaking off on my finger. I then noticed that the USB-C port would not take a charge, though it would work to display video.At that point, I had given up and decided to send the unit in for refund and closed it up. Then I noticed that the top lid had a weird texture and I realized the seller had applied a decal to cover up tons of severe scratches. What a blatant attempt to rip off a customer!
