I love how it’s much lighter than my old power bank. it’s also slim than my old power bank. I absolutely love the color. I do like the brand belkin. I have had different products from belkin before in the past. Would recommend this power bank. To have a good power bank on the go. I’m always on the go. I wouldn't want to be plugged into the wall all the time.

Solved: It was the cables I ordered along with the battery (different vendor). I tried a cable that I KNEW worked, and it works on the USB-C port on the battery to charge other devices.Original, retracting, but keeping for other's knowledge:I ordered this battery because I wanted portable quick-charge of my USB-C devices. The battery only charges devices from the USB-A ports. The C port does not appear to work as a charging source. Perhaps I need a different USB-C-to-C cable??? I don't know. I've tried pressing the "power" (status?) button, holding it, various combinations, and my phone, for example, never sees any power from the USB-C port.The battery recharges fine from a USB-A to -C source, so far....Since I can, and do use the battery, it is serving its purpose, but I wonder if the -C port would charge faster.I will not buy this item again unless Belkin (or anyone) responds with identification of what I doing wrong - then, if that works for me, I'll revisit this review.

Product built in the US. Purchased to support my devices during hurricane outages. It charges quickly and lasts 8 to 10 hours for additional power. Pleased with this item. Gave them as gifts to family

The media could not be loaded. This is well worth the money spent to procure this. Once plugged in it is not slow charging when you hook up your device. Very portable and the size is highly functional. Did not come with cords but does have two outlets for USB and one for C. I inadvertently said mini usb during the video. That was in error.

This is my go-to travel charger. I've had 5 or 6 at this point. Not because they go bad....because I lose them or a family member borrows and never returns.I have to keep a drop resistant case on my phone (i am rough on phones) so chargers that magnetically attach won't work. I like this one because it fits next to my phone in my pocket or bag and isn't too large. It will also charge my phone (samsung s23) 2 full charges and headphones 2 full charges (shokz open run pro). My husband's iPhone 13 will get at least 2 full charges also.For reference, I tried these at an amusement park in Florida. I make freaquent solo trips, so I charged my phone (@15%) with belkin charger the morning of ....I listen to my phone (Bluetooth headset), use maps, take photos, text, and read emails the entire day. At 15% I recharged for the second time that day. Charger was down to 2 bars/lights after 2nd charge. Headphones went down and I charged them. Phone was at 25% and managed to get the phone to 86% before being completely drained.I can't remember how long it takes to charge from empty, sorry...next review I'll include that.

You have to babysit it while its charging or else it will decided to not charge at all and ruin your hiking trip.
