Gentle, no fragrance, cleanse well, get makeup and eye makeup off. Doesn’t dry me out.

This is not just a packaging change. They have changed formula. No longer Vegan and they have added alcohol.There is now also a very strong smell.After many years of use very disappointing.

Love this product since it works great for me as I have been buying it for years. My one complaint is that it seems watered down. When I open the top I have to be very careful as it will run out all over the cap and so it dispenses way too much. Past tubes of this product were creamy and more solid and I had to press down on the tube to dispense the product which gave me more control and no waste.

I have pale white skin and am plagued by redness and dryness. I have tried SO MANY different kinds of cleansers and creams trying to find a product that doesn't aggravate my skin.This one works. It truly is soothing and my skin feels softer and smoother after using it. My routine now includes this soothing cleansing cream, followed by the Acure Seriously Soothing Day Cream.I feel good. My face is happy.

Honestly I’m writing this review MONTHS after I bought the product. When I bought it I was a little unsure because there were some pretty bad reviews about the feeling, making their skin burn or breakout, etc.I have pretty sensitive skin and I get giant cyst-like breakouts if I use the wrong the product. All I can say is that none of that happened to me. Like I said, I purchased this months ago and have been using it every day since. It leaves my skin feeling UHHHHHHmazing. It’s a very mild cleanser, there’s nothing harsh to it which I love. I use a makeup remover so I don’t need it to do anything more than gently clean my face. My face doesn’t feel sticky, tacky, or dry afterwards like more face washes leave me. Instead it feels soft. Like SO SOFT I don’t want to stop touching it. And it looks so glowy. JUST FROM A CLEANSER.The onlyyyyy negative thing I have to say is the smell.... it’s really not even that bad, and at this point I’m so used to it. But at first it was pretty off-putting. I mean, it almost smelled like flowers, but more like the dirt the flowers are potted in. Anyway....it really didn’t bother me that bad. And for how good the ingredients are in this, and how fantastic my skin feels, I can definitely look past it. I mean, I didn’t even take a star for that. That’s how great the product overall is. Will 100% purchase again

I finally found the one fricken face wash that won't irritate my face and make me look like a pizza.The BEST thing about this product: the value. It is highly concentrated and I literally use a pea size amount twice a day. I bought this months ago and it's still not even half empty.Now, don't let the "pretty and simple" look of this product make you not want to try it if you're a dude because this stuff is GODLIKE. It has made a huge difference on my face and I've been using it for three months now. Usually by now, every other face wash just stops working, gives me a bunch of disgusting white heads, or turns my face into a prune. Don't EVER stop making this stuff; this has got to have been crafted by magical face fairies. This company knows what it's doing. The price is also amazing because like I said, it lasts forever.I initially decided to try this because I got an e-mail with a coupon. This is the only thing that works for my face (after trying out a million things for years) and keeps it acne free for good unless I start eating a bunch of junk, in which case, no organic or chemical-laden face wash will be able to control. Speaking of chemical-laden, this doesn't have ANY of that junk in it and it's really truly only good stuff.5/5; will continue to buy forever as I don't need anything else because this just simply works in all aspects.
