The experience of purchasing the air conditioner itself was dreadful. The AC was malfunctioning, so I filed a complaint. However, no one responded, and I was instructed to send an email, which also received no response. Then I was advised to use this app to raise and track my complaint. It's incredibly frustrating because I can't even log in. This is a complete waste of time and the service is the worst I have ever experienced.

The media could not be loaded. Cooling not good, don't bye, don't weast of u r money,it is not good,not good cooling,I was purchased new one,but suffering from past one year,I was serviced so many times,but problem was not detected,so please don't weast u r money
