Not too bad
The product is the exact same motor that was on my recliner when I bought it from Costco. Installation was a bit tedious but not difficult. Recommend you have a second person to help hold or move foot rest as you install. You attach 4 bolts to bracket and then the solid pin with the cotter pin. Connect cables last. Get small cable ties to dress the cables. You will have to cut the ones there to remove the old cables. I wish the plastic bracket on the screw motor was metal as that was the thing that failed; that is a poor design choice from the manufacturer.

Just what I was looking for to repair my chair. Really didn't want to replace my chair.

All went well, we replaced the motor with rail assembly that the plastic mounting block broke. We were unable to get any response from power recliner supplier. Ordered though Amazon, got the motor and rail assembly in a few days, replaced it today. Works greatš
