They not big enough to go around the neck and shoulder to get the heat needed

These patches are ok, they heat up as they should but the smallest bit of moisture and the stickiness is gone.

Bought these a my usual brand seems not to be stocked in many places anymore and I was desperate.These patches are very thin, contain hardly any active material, barely get warm and are cold again within about an hour.They did stick quite easily to clothing, but hardly worth it as heat doesn’t last very long.Waste of money and would not recommend them.

The sticky wasn’t strong enough to stay in place & was uncomfortable throughout, lasted around one hour only to fall off from my neck
