I think it works great. I stay local but I take it with me everywhere I go. No probs as of yet. Will update if need be. I reached out to a local provider for data plans. Seems the data drains so fast. I change this review if I go to the next provider and the data still drains at the same rate. Other than that. I’ve hooked everything up to this ( my 2 smart phones, lap top and smart watch) with no problems going to hook up my printer and smart scale. I’m done with regular internet providers. I’ll pay for what I need as I go and I’m saving money too.

Very useful product. I was satisfied with this product, no need for a SIM card, just use the APP, pay and go.

Glad I purchased this before I went outside the States. It worked well and the signal was great for it being a portable WiFi. Turning it off and on to save battery life didn't take long to reconnect to my devices. You will have to play with it a bit to get familiar with it and don't forget to download the app. I recommend buying a bundle, but I didn't use up all the 8 Gb I purchased for my trip (shared with one other for 10 days), but I made sure background data was off to not have apps drain the data.Not gonna lie, you might get frustrated once you land and turn on the device. I was on a 16 hour flight and was getting frustrated that the device wasn't connecting right away since I was in a country I didn't know the language. Not sure if it was because the device needed time to register where I was since it was the other side of the world, but after calming down and letting the device do it's thing it worked well and I didn't have any issues with it during my trip.

It’s like a scam. I had DuoTurbo from this company, but the connection was lost and useless for 80-90% of the time in Nepal. I purchased this model to use in Japan and Korea, the connection was great. But a complete data scam. I only use instagram and gmail on my phone, no Netflix or Youtube. But the device said I used 27 GB in less than three weeks. I used the device for internet to send emails for an hour at Starbucks and it told me I used 4-5GB within an hour.I reached out to customer care, they’re prompt in responding but did not have any solution for this.I would honestly purchase a wifi at the airport the moment I arrive in a foreign country. They provide a so much more stable, better wifi connection at a much more affordable, reasonable price. This? This is NOT. Unreliable, unstable, and drinks your money like a thirsty hippo. Supposed to make travel less stressful but it added stress.

The Wi-Fi is OK. It doesn’t go as fast as expected but it’s Wi-Fi.

Once I read the directions and figured out how to use it, this was amazing to have. I was not able to use my cell phone in any country that I went to when I was away from the hotels Wi-Fi when I use this, I was able to purchase a data package And just carry the little device with me and my phone worked everywhere. I was able to look up directions and be online and I wish I had known about this years ago.

Traveability

While deployed, I used this while the internet was down or needed to access banking. Pricing for use was reasonable.
