Without knowing your particular body build I'm going to say No they will not fit you correctly. Theswe are for tall and big men. I'm 5'10" and around 300 Lbs. The suspenders fit me perfectly. However, I think if I were a little shorter the adjustment tabs would be at the top of my shoulders. I think you would be better served looking at Regular size braces. It's been a long time since I wore suspenders and these have proven to be very comfortable and practical. I'm sure you will be able to find a very nice pair on Amazon and by this brand. Enjoy.
