Pretty good!
Wasn't expecting much from an unknown brand, but this background support kit has exceeded my expectations. The quality is ver good, the stands are sturdy and easy to assemble and the clamps are pretty strong, so no need to worry about your background falling off. This was a very positive surprise and I can highly recommend this product to every photographer. Love the inclusion of the carry bag too. Great product.

Not Professional, Great For Newcomers on a Budget
The media could not be loaded. 1st off, thanks for the exstra clamps that are not advertised! Exstramly usfull.OK, it's not at a professional level or quality but for (at the time of writing) £35, it's fantastic. All you need is a green sheet of paper or fabric and away you go.I can see schools and YouTubers loving this set. Maybe Evan the odd Tiktoker.I would give it a 3*** but due to the price, I'll reward this with 4****.

Worth a look for amateur snappers or vloggers
This is a pretty decent amateur photographers stand. Nice and light when packed it is quite straight forward to assemble. Holds up pretty well with a cloth drape though be careful not to trip over the wide tripod legs. A nice bit of kit if you hold zoom meetings a lot and suffer from “house-barrassment” (groan) or have a wannabee influencer in the house.

Works well for its price
A good beginner backdrop stand that is portable and lightweight. It will hold light materials but I doubt it could be strong enough thick and heavy fabrics. It came with a carrying case which is tied together by velcro.Good for travelling and lightweight backdrop.

Entry level backdrop
This is a basic backdrop stand with a price to match. It comes in a carry bag thar rolls and velcros shut. You get 2 stands and 3 cross bar sections which pop together and let you decide if you want the full 5' width or shorter. They are not telescopic so it's a fixed width. You get two crocodile clips too. Its all very lightweight and therein lies the blessing and curse. It's easy to carry around but also not the most stable. I wouldn't risk using a vinyl or even a full paper roll as a backdrop. I would only feel comfortable with the weight of a cloth backdrop.** Conclusions **It's cheap and cheerful with a price that reflects that (£35.99 at time if writing). Good if you are a beginning looking for a compact portable, storable solution to get into studio photography, but not for anything more serious.

O.K. budget backdrop support
This is an OK backdrop support system. The stands are pretty flimsy, and fully extended are really pretty weak feeling and unstable. The cross bar is good quality and using with a paper roll is easy.Put the load on when it's at its lowest position and then raise it up. You may find you need to use some counterweight to keep it steady.Using with a light cloth backdrop is less of an issue with movement and overall it does the job, but it's not going to be of much use in a busy studio. O.K. for having as a portable bit of kit, and even does for hanging a white sheet on for using a projector. The bag it comes in is a strange thing, it's like a giant chef's knife roll. It's good quality bag and hold the bit well. The clips that come with it are a nice little addition, use them to pull the material more taught on the backdrop, not much use for paper but really handy with cloth.Overall the quality just isn't there, so probably around a 3.5 for me.

Good Value Photography Accessory
I passed this over to my better half because she is the ardent photographer especially the indoor stuff and already has some of these types of things to do a comparison with. So, without any further ado - over to SWMBO.I have purchased one of these systems before and have been very pleased with it - this version is a definite improvement. As detailed in the listing description it comes with a carry case that everything can be stored in and easily transported - unfolded it would easily fit into a car boot or on the back seat.It is very easily assembled - I find placing the leg parts side by side when unfolding makes getting them the same width on each easier, so one isn't wider than the other. That aspect doesn't really matter as the height is adjustable on both sides to make the backdrop level, it's just purely down to my slight OCD!Once assembled and the wing nuts tightened on the top of each post, the whole thing can be moved as it is very light although I would recommend getting it mostly in place before assembly as it's fairly unwieldy when up.The two clamps provided to keep the backdrop on the horizontal bar are, in my opinion, quite vicious! A fair bit of strength is required to open them and they snap shut like a crocodile's bite. For this reason I use some DIY releasing clamps that I stole from my husband's workshop - he'd already lost one and had three left so didn't tell me off too much lol.Four Velcro adjustable clips are also provided to keep the backdrop taught when hanging from the top bar - whilst these are indeed very useful, if your backdrop continued to a floor level and a model/s were standing on it, I think these could cause the whole set up to tumble with little give in them.I did find the little Velcro clips extremely useful for hanging a smaller/lightweight backdrop from the cross bar.One advantage of this system over my existing one is the addition of a hole in the central bar meaning that it can also be used on a table top - with one support leg and just the central piece of the cross bar. So for a smaller studio or set up this is perfect enabling a simple backdrop or an infinity curve. All in all a good value package - only losing one star for the vicious clamps.
