Q: How long does it take to filter the water?

from the time I add city water to the upper chamber I'd say it's completed within 30 45 min. Be aware there's still about an inch of water left in the bottom of the upper unit. The bottom of the filter sticks up that high.

Q: What is the water filter’s height? Is it suitable for use in the kitchen?

Approx 20” high for the filter unit and with stand approx 26”. Soda can for size

Q: Where do we informtaion on what this filter does/does not remove in our water?

I was not able to find anything on this issue for waterdrop filters
