Used on a lamp to replace the cheapo one. Raised switch button so even in the dark easy to use. Simple to install. Looks GREAT!! Better than the one that came with the lamp.

I bought this for a little contraption that I made and it worked exactly as it's supposed to. I really appreciate that all of the connections are inside of the switch so it looks seamless. The button clicks nicely and feels sturdy.

Great looking switch on a mid-century modern lamp and works extremely well and is easy to put in place.

I'll reiterate the feelings of several other reviewers and doubtless of everyone with large fingers who has installed one: it is fussy by reason of tiny screws and tight tolerances. Once you get the wires placed and use your third hand to hold them there you can tighten those tiny little screws and eventually you'll get them tight without dropping the screw into the switch.Actually, I bought it because it was compact, so I suppose I was just venting above. Once completed it is a great compact and easy to operate switch. I take away a star however, because the screw heads are freakishly tiny and nonstandard for the device. I installed it on a food dehydrator which was designed without any switch - it works very well.

I'm using this to control desk magnifier lamp that I retrofit from round fluorescent tube to 20V LEDs. I'm only pushing about 1A through the switch but it remains cool to the touch. Nice positive on/off action. Works fine.

Low profile and easy to install. A wiring diagram would have been nice.

the unit was designed poorly. the screw assembly posts were in the way and made trying to attach the wires extremely difficult. I gave up and threw the switch in the garbage

Easy replacement for a dead switch on a heat lamp . Just make sure wires in equal wire out or you might short your project.
