The packing box and foam inside was rather thin. Handle of one mug was broken off. Returned for amazon refund.

They are sturdy but not to heavy and feel balanced in the hands. They look good, feel good with a nice glaze that washes easily.

The quality is fine, the gripping is comfortable and hot drinks stay warm. The only thing to be aware of if you heat up a drink or soup in the microwave the handles get so hot you can't touch them until they have cooled!

These mugs are NOT Microwave safe for disabled and elderly people to use. The handles become extremely hot, therefore they are not suitable at all…

Bought for my mum who has Parkinsons. Item as described. Great to use lightweigh, big handles, nice colour. Would buy again.

I bought these for my dad when his Parkinson’s symptoms got worse. Rather than belittle him with a ‘sippy cup’ we got him something he could grip and we could worry less about him burning himself with hot drinks. These are sturdy, like any mug and well worth it

Ideal for what was wanted. No problems

Bought these for my mother in-law as She's sick of us saying "mum watch your cup", "mum your going to spill your tea". You get the idea.These mug's are brilliant, super light weight (like bone china) & you can fit four fingers in the handle. Making for a very secure grip.What's great is it looks & feels like a normal mug & not a toddler sippy cup (like so many other elderly products) that it allows my mother in-law to keep her dignity & independence for longer.

Ces deux mugs ne sont pas compatibles au micro-ondes. Les poignées sont intenables après avoir fait chauffer le liquide dedans. Après quelques jours d'utilisation, la céramique s'est cassée au moindre petit choc.Il y a mieux sur le site…

Ho comprato queste tazze per mia madre, ha problemi a tenere piccoli pesi con una sola mano. Con questa tazza finalmente può bere il latte senza problemi.Consigliata
