Just Work, seem reliable, no problems, only very slightly warm
Used these with a MikroTik managed switch, a MokerLink 2.5G 4 port (2 SFP+) that costs $35 here on Amazon, a Sonnet 10G Thunderbolt adapter (to interoperate with on the other end), and a 10G PC PCI card - all with zero problems. They don't run hot, have had no failures; they Just Work (tm). What can I say, it's a commodity and these do the job for minimal coin. I've bought these in both 2 and 4 packs. Same item, work the same, just more per box. Will buy more when I need.

Great inexpensive Transcievers for UniFi!
Finding good sfp transcievers is never easy, but these ones from 10Gtek haven't disappointed me yet. They're built very well for SFPs, And I've been using them everywhere in my home network. I have a pair for my NAS, a pair for my Hypervisor, a pair for the core switch to the firewall, and a pair for my workstation. On Unifi, they woak out of the box, just plug ahd play. I highly recommend there if you like saving a buck.

Works as advertised. No problems for far.
I've been using the transceivers for about a half a year now and they seem to be reliable provide full speed and I've had no problems so far.

Not operable in our labs
Our engineers won't use these SFP's in their lab setups but instead reach for the equivalent FS.com brand or the Intel brand SFP's. Not sure what's not working except that a signal is being lost or reduced during testing.
