Key Fob Cover Case fit for Mazda 3 Hatchback, Mazda CX4 CX5 CX8 CX9 CX-30 6 WAZSKE11D01 ABS Carbon Fiber Pattern

The cover fits great, has a premium look and feel. The pleather strap feels sufficient but nothing amazing. The buttons are easy to push and overall the cover functions well.The biggest flaw of this is you can’t remove it easily. Imagine your battery is dead and you need to get the physical key inside the fob to open your door well you have to find something to pry this cover off. There are no indentations to insert anything there is no place to press and unclick the 2 pieces apart so you can get to the key itself. Some might suggest a screw driver. Well if you are in the middle of a parking lot where will you get one of those? Either way you will damage the casing trying to get this apart and that will degrade the over all look. I attempted to take mine apart a few different ways and messed up the finish where my attempts were made. I am just committing to the fact that I will need to destroy this thing at some point, probably when the signal for the key is getting weak so I can change the battery.I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you are okay with the semi permanent installation.

Although it takes a tiny bit of effort to clamp onto the key fob correctly, once on I am so glad to have found this. First the texture of this key fob has a nice feel in your hand. It adds a wee but of bulk, I suppose, but barely noticeable. What I have noticed is the number of occurrences of mistakenly hitting a button on my original key fob, like the “alarm” button, have gone way down. And to boot, it just looks nice. Worth every penny.

The plastics part is fine but the key chain side was made with weak material. Even if it came as a whole piece, I wouldn't trust this item with my key on it.

Purchased 1 each from the two vendors. They are identical except the strap is wider and stronger on the one that is two dollars more and comes in a box as opposed to a plastic zip bag.Slight color variation as well. Both are very nice.

Still early just put it in my fob today. Bit of fanagling to get it on but once it on…. Looks cool
