Excellent set
I used both sizes, in the oven and on the stove. They are excellent for upside down baking, when one can start the caramel or sauce on the stovetop and finish the bake in the oven. The handle can get in the way as it attaches deep into the pan, and needs a bit more cleaning. And a pair of lids would be great.Other than that the set is a keeper.

Space Saving
These pots and pans save so much space. The handles still hold onto the pans tightly after over a year. They look great and were much nicer than the old worn out pots and pans we used to have.

1 year in review.
Setting: There are eight 20-30 year olds who live in the house, so a couple pans are used every day.CONS:1. Handles can melt if left on while cooking-taking the handles off repeatedly while cooking so they dont melt is actually only moderately annoying. Not super annoying like it would seem.2. Lids aren't dishwasher safe.- also really not that big a deal as lids dont get very dirty. But its a thing.3. No lid for largest pan- this is actually the biggest con as we often havent planned correctly and then found we used the big pan when we needed a lidPROS:1. Durability seems great- one year in and we see almost no scratches on the nonstick parts. We do see some at the tip top of all the pans but that doesnt really matter at all.2. Stackability works-love how they stack well and still dont scratch. Same with the lids.3. Dishwasher safe- we almost always wash these in the dishwasher and they are in great shape still. Best pro on the list.Overall. Im so impressed that I had to take time for a 5 star review. These really are great.

Great pots and pans
The best cookware for the kitchen. Easy to use and clean. Non stick.

Great. Handles could be better.
Pretty good solid set of pans. They all fit on one shelf. The handles sometimes get stuck and need some extra squeezing to release. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

Nice nesting pots & pans for a small kitchen
Moved to a small condo & all my old pots had warped bottoms which wouldn't work on my new glass top stove. No storage space, either, so I thought I'd try these nesting pots with detachable handles. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to use, look classy, store well.

The whole set WILL scratch, chip, and crack
If you cook regularly and/or have a decent kitchen, this is not the set for you. I bought this set 2 years ago for $200 when I moved into a micro studio apartment of just under 300sqft. I just needed something that would fit in a drawer. You could do everything right: only use silicone utensils, hand wash, not use abrasive. You’re still going to have scratches and chipping within a year, especially in the pans that are patterned like the one in my picture (the sauce pots are just black with no pattern). If I run my fingertip over the pan’s surface I will pick up a whole bunch of black specks; now imagine what’s happening when you’re cooking on it. Don’t be fooled by the “warranty.” It explicitly states all the things that are not covered, all of which WILL happen with regular use. The very tacky pattern makes me almost suspicious that it’s meant to hide just how bad the scratches and cracks can be. Even when you can’t see the visible wear yet, you will notice food sticking, cooking times slowing down, and food getting burnt when not even fully cooked yet.The handles get loose and start to jiggle over time, which feels very unstable when you’re using it to lift a heavy pot. They part that clips onto the rim of your pot/pan actually CHIPS it. I started to not even use the handles unless I really needed to for fear of them breaking.I wish I could say this is just an issue with this Tfal set, but the fact is that my partner had his own Tfal set, similar but not the same, and his is also awfully chipped and cracked INCLUDING sauce pots. I’m regretful about choosing this set over a stainless steel compact cuisinart set. They were comparable in price at the time, but if you compare the two, this Tfal set is essentially disposable. For all the trouble that cooking with stainless steel can be, at least it’s not going to litter your food with with toxicants and be useless within a year. The variety of pot and pan sizes in the set is nice, but it’s just not worth the investment. I sincerely think purchasing quality pots and pans individually as needed is a much better investment of your time and money. I don’t think I will be buying any kind of Tfal products anymore.
