I got this because I wanted to incorporate light exposure upon waking per Andrew Huberman’s recommendation. He said he uses an inexpensive tracing tool; basically a compact light box. So I chose this. It’s wonderful. You can dim it or boost the intensity depending on your preference. The highest setting is very bright light. I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks every morning and it’s been working great for me. For the price and functionality, I would recommend it. I have no complaints.

I began sitting in front of this light every morning about 2 weeks ago and it has had a dramatic impact on my energy and wellbeing!! I’ve long struggled with seasonal depression and could feel it seeping in as the winter season took hold. This light has REALLY helped me to feel like myself again!

I’ve purchased three of these in the last two months.The first one I bought I gave to my mother in law who lives up by Lake Superior and I got an additional 2 , one for home and one for my office.The timer function works great as well as the adjustments for light output.They are extremely lightweight and easy to pack into a suitcase if you want to bring along while traveling.

This lamp is super bright, even on the lightest setting. I need light therapy for severe seasonal depression, and this lamp fit the bill! Easy to use and I can take it with me wherever I am in the house. I highly recommend this lamp!

The media could not be loaded. This product worked exactly as i wanted it to. Brightness level can be adjusted to suit your preference and there is also a timer that's quite useful. The stand is also adjustable for different height levels and sits neatly on any table or even a bed. Definitely no complaints and would recommend this to anyone needing a therapy lamp.

This is very bright . I haven’t used the timer function yet . Great product

Really happy with this light; it's the perfect bright white light to mimic daylight, definitely helps keep me alert in the evenings or helps me wake up first thing.Bonus feature is it's ideal for doing my makeup in the absence of natural light!

It works nicely and looks like a good product but I wanted a wireless battery one and this is plug in so not for me.

Really helps my mood in the winter, I bought this one for my Niece as I already have one, I use it everyday

The timer is handy though unfortunatley there isn't a clock feature so you need to wake up to put it on
