This pillow has been such a life saver. Recently got in a car accident and I have a herniated disc in my lower back and a bulging discs in my neck. This provides the perfect support for me. I tried another pillow and it made my symptoms worse, but this one provides much needed relief. I use it under my knees when sleeping on my back and between my knees when sleeping on my side. Don't care for it much as a neck pillow. I tried it briefly for my ankles and it was nice, but I dont need my ankles elevated at the moment so can't speak much for that.Pillow is firm yet just soft enough where your circulation doesn't get cut off. When I took it out of its package it took it's shape pretty quickly, but I followed the instructions and let it fluff for 24 hours before using.

This is a lovely pillow for gently lifting my knees so I can sleep on my back, which my chiropractor recommends. I still can’t do it all night, but even the few hours I manage has helped my back. This pillow has just enough firmness to elevate my knees, but enough softness to not cause any circulation issues. It has a very nice, comfortable cover which zips off for washing. It also stays in place while I’m sleeping, but when I’m done with it, it’s also easy to push it out of the bed. It also does not make me too warm.

I bought this to put under my ankles to prevent bed sores on my heels. It’s comfortable for my ankles to rest on and give my feet the support they need. I’ve been using it since last fall and is holding up well. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the cover is prone to pilling. There is another cover under this one to make it easy to remove the top cover to wash it. You may even just want to use the inner one . A lot smoother material.

This support pillow is the best! It is just the right amount of firmness, doesn't lose its shape, and is short enough to not disturb your sleeping partner. I use it to support my knees while sleeping on my back. This is not a neck pillow. And it comes with a washable cover!

Comfortable and holds its shape! Super thick and sturdy. This helps tremendously with taking away my back pain.

At first it seemed to work really well but by the time it fully puffed up, it was too large and too firm to provide any comfort for my severe back pain. Still looking for something that can provide me that exact right amount of relief. Don't get me wrong, it's a extremely nice product and larger than I thought, it just didn't work well for me

I tried this for 3 nights for I fractured my shoulder and had to sleep on my back. I am a side sleeper. It is icrediblebly comfortable and works so well. I see it is even good for a side sleeper and will use it for that when i am able to. You will not be disappointed purchasing it. Comes extremely well packaged and the company even emailed me to make sure I used it correctly and the warranty info. I am very impressed
