10 Pairs 100mm JST 2 Pin Connector Plug Lead Wire for Rc Li-Po Battery Discharge Esc Bec Board Line Male & Female Wire 22AWG

Used on an 850 mAh battery on an old RC plane, and the wires melted. Partly my own fault, took the chance. I've since gone to 18 AWG JST 2 pin connectors and no issues. Item arrived quickly.

Haven't had a chance to use these yet, but I was disappointed to find that, like many of the reviews, they are not made with silicone wire. It's plain vinyl insulation. They may work for my purposes, but it would be better if they had the high-temp insulation they are advertised to come with. Buyer beware: these are cheap, keep that in mind when purchasing.

Although these connectors are ok, the wire is stiff, the insulation is stiff plastic and will melt (see photo). Although it isn't the worst I've ever encountered, it is not silicone as advertised. The positive to these is that they are cheap and will work, but if you are particular about your electronic projects, look elsewhere.

I solder these connectors to batteries in order to share the batteries between different RC flyers.
