Great air conditioning unit! Really pleased and know that next summer I will be cool when really needed!

Bought last year during the heat wave. Just turned it on again. Did not put the feet on but kept it in polystyrene and cardboard base it traveled in. Kept the noise down. Has no water unit to empty. Does a great job and quiet enough to sleep whilst on.

Amazing kept my little ones nice and cold in the hot weather I could relax without them getting upset anymore

Unit is extremely heavy, water tank is on the bottom of unit, therefore you drain at floor level, water will not drain successfully, you need to lift it up, not easy to do due to weight of unit.I would not recommend or purchase this unit again.

It cools down my room really quickly, even if I didn’t seal my window, only covered the gaps with curtains as much as I could, that’s all. Its perfect for UK weather because all we need is maximum a few hours cooling when it’s really too hot and at night time you can turn it off or let it work quietly as low fan because outside is really cool during night. Although it’s not quiet when it’s cooling down but bearable in consideration of only a very short time and not sleeping time. I wish I got it much earlier.

This arrived very quickly. Unfortunately when we started it up the fan was catching on the bodywork.I enquired about sending it back, got quotations of 175 pounds and 279 pounds. So my son had a look at it. The fan had not been put on the motor properly and it was leaning towards the bodywork. So it was repaired by my son and now works perfectly. So beware it costs nearly as much to send it back if needed as to buy it.

The unit was delivered quickly and does the job during the heat wave. The unit is a little loud but I found that placing the unit on a small plinth (putting the wheels off the ground) reduced the vibration sound on in the room. All in a very nice unit.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t like the idea of now having to spend more money on proper fittings for uk windows or doors, they are not very efficient of a windows open just pulling in hot air.Only other option is to bore an 8inch hole in my living room wall.I bought it to cool my room down but thinking of the limited kit that comes with then I may just use this for my workshop, then have proper air con installed in my living room.Be well worth it for the 7 days of summer we get.
