A bargin-priced washer with big league performance - from a company I trust.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking to replace a 17 year old craftsman that had recently developed issues. I decided to try the Westinghouse because I trust the company and the washer had many nice reviews. I selected the model (3400) with specifications (pressure and GPM) closest to the old washer. It arrived promptly and in great condition. No damage to the box or anything inside. The instructions are simple and clear and the assemble was easy. This washer is more upright than the old craftsman and therefore requires less space in the storage shed. I've had to air up the tires on the craftsman every time I've used it since new. I am thrilled with the tall solid wheels on this washer - no flats and it's easier to move around. I might add some washers to the wheel axles to take some of the wobble out. Not a big issue. I haven't gotten used to the position of the pull start yet. The craftsman seems better placed for propping your foot against it when you tug the cord. This one is probably perfect for a lefty. I'm still getting used to it. It starts easily and runs smoothly. The pressure is as good or better than the old craftsman with similar specs. This one does seem to be a bit louder, noticeable even with my hearing protection. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've purchased the accessory 50' hose and am going to purchase the shorter snout for using my car foamer. I astounded at the value of this washer. Many comparable units I've considered are several times the price of this unit. Outstanding!!!

This Thing Dominates Dirt — A Must-Have Powerhouse for Any Homeowner!
If you're on the fence about which pressure washer to buy—stop scrolling and read this. The Westinghouse 3400 PSI Gas Pressure Washer is an absolute beast in the best way possible. From the moment I fired it up, I knew I had made the right choice.Performance? Flawless. This unit eats grime for breakfast. Concrete patios, siding, brick, fences, even stubborn oil stains—obliterated in seconds. It delivers a steady, powerful blast that cuts through years of buildup like it’s nothing. I’ve never had a pressure washer make cleaning this satisfying.Ease of Use? Surprisingly simple. It starts up on the first pull, runs smoothly, and feels well-balanced in motion. The trigger gun is responsive and ergonomic, and the included nozzle tips make it easy to switch between jobs on the fly. You don’t have to be a pro to get pro-level results.Build Quality? Rock solid. The motor and frame are rugged and well-built, clearly designed to take a beating. Despite its power, it’s surprisingly portable—the oversized wheels make moving it around the yard or driveway a breeze. And the compact hose and wand storage? A nice bonus for those of us who like to keep the garage tidy.Sound & Efficiency? Respectable. As far as gas-powered equipment goes, it’s not obnoxiously loud—comparable to a mower or generator. And it sips fuel rather than guzzling it. I cleaned my entire driveway, sidewalk, and patio on a single tank. Not bad at all.Value? Off the charts.I researched dozens of models before pulling the trigger, and I’m so glad I chose this one. For the price, you’re getting commercial-grade power in a homeowner-friendly package. This machine doesn’t just meet expectations—it crushes them.

Buy with confidence!
Purchased on 6/17/25. So far I’ve used it for 135 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. I’m keeping track of how long I’m using it each time so I know when to change the spark plug and the oil.I researched electric and gas pressure washers for several weeks and checked Consumer Reports as well and kept coming back to this Westinghouse, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought it.No regrets whatsoever thus far! It’s sturdy and runs great, though I would prefer air filled tires rather than the cheaper plastic wheels but I only use it around the house so I think they’ll be just fine. Heads up, it’s loud but no louder than a lawn mower. Thus far I’ve used it to pressure wash our wooden fence in preparation for restraining it. It worked beautifully and the fence looks brand new even after ten years and likely several coats of stain before we bought our house.Buy this with confidence but do remember you have to take care of it during and after each use. If you don’t, it’ll likely break down on you. If you do take care of it, it should last a very long time.Love it!
