Customer service
We bought the teal and pink dogs a few years ago. Just recently we went to search for the charging cords for them and couldn’t find them. They have a very specific cord that plugs in to the mouth to charge. Customer service was amazing and shipped two new ones to us! The toys are super cute and do a ton of stuff, just keep that cord!!!!

Great Product
I got this for my daughter and she and her sister had fun for about one hour and then it ran out of battery. My dogs hated it. Overall great product. Adventure mode is terrible. The dog just walks into things.

Great toy and customer support!
We’ve had this toy for three years and lost the charging cable. I contacted the company and they said they don’t sell the cable separately but they’d take care of it. A few days later a brand new toy showed up at our house!In an era of vanishing customer service, Biranco came through big time. I’m astonished, honestly. Oh, and our daughter is ecstatic to have a friend for her doggie.
