Great combination of ingredients
The concept of targeted prebiotics are the real deal. So are the ingredients in this product. Their customer service is outstanding. This is sure to help not hurt your microbiome. They run out of stock periodically but worth the wait. Thank you Silver Fern for your dedication to our microbiota.

Not so good
I bought into their hype, I have only taken 1 a day but they make me so sick I can’t leave the house, stick with yogurt

They do work
I took 3 a day and they did not work . And when I open up a capsule the inside of it was hard as a rock wish I would have retuned them

the product got here in time
I am taking this before my immunotherapy cancer treatment. I'm told that this is a product that will help prepare my stomach for what is to come.
