Long story short......I probably own at least 15 to 18 bed pillows because I've had problems finding one that was comfortable enough. Soft & fluffy was nice at first, but gave no neck support. I'd wake to that pain from having my hand under my head all night for support. A pillow too firm, my neck would be killing me in the morning. I used the Temperpedics when I'd raise the bed to watch TV, but then had to switch when I went to sleep because they were just too flat. Basically, I've tried every type of pillow made. Then I found these. I bought one, because like I said I own too many for even a house full of guests.I followed the directions and put it through the dryer and wow did it fluff up. It was a hard getting the pillow cases on. Even though it comes with a washable cover I still chose to use 2 pillowcases because I sweat at night and will be washing them often. I used it for a week as it came, fully stuffed. It was a bit too much for me so I took a little out. (Enough to fill the round plastic thing it came in) MY SEARCH IS OVER! This pillow is comfortable in every sense of the word. I've had it for a few months now and am incredibly pleased with it. I love that it's "adjustable". I'm a 50-something side sleeper with arthritis and all sorts of aches & pains, and I've slept like a baby since I got this pillow. Not really sweating a whole lot either. The pillow stuffing is in one zipper case that is covered in a quilted washable case. I still used 2 cases; 1 that I'll change every week with my laundry and the 2nd I'll change as needed. I do this because the pillow is so awesome and I want to take good care of it. Did I mention I LOVE THIS PILLOW?!?

Arrived yesterday in a box roughly 12x12x6. I'd also ordered 4 2 lb cannisters of coffee (heh, want me to buy locally, sell locally) & thought that was what it was, if that gives you an idea on box size & wt. The pillows were compressed,rolled & wrapped. They started decompressing quickly after opening, and seemed firm. I left them to air until bedtime, then applied pillow case. The pillows have no odor, no off-putting scent upon decompression.Fast forward to this a.m. This is the 1st time in years I've woke without a headache, tender spot, kink, or any other kind of middle-ager complaint about morning aches & pains. The first time in years I didn't head straight to the cabinet for ibuprophen. I'm not a one position sleeper, rotating through all of them seeking a comfortable position, flipping the pillow over when it gets too warm. I usually wake up enough to remember repositioning & definitely pillow flipping. I'm sure I repositioned a few times last night, but didn't flip the pillow. It's not "cooling" as if I'd put an ice pack in it, but stays comfortable. Breathable fabric, maybe? I didn't wake sweaty or hot.Although they are firm pillows, the memory foam has give to them that doesn't feel too firm or too limp, rather cradles my head and neck in proper alignment. That it took me this long to find the right pillow only goes to show that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.🙂Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

These pillows are everything I had hoped they were. For me, I didn't have to pull any of the stuffing out. I might later since they are a little firm. But my head is comfortably cradled in seconds and it isn't uncomfortable to turn over. Awake I experienced that it quickly readjusts. Asleep, well, it never wakes me up. I stay comfortable all night. I had Simmons Beauty Rest polyurethane pillows that i really loved. They are no longer available. I tried other poly pillows because they are soft and don't lose their shape. But none were as good as the Beauty Rest. So I took a chance and tried these. And let me tell you, these are great pillows at a great price. Thank you!

Very nice plush pillow, seems like good quality. Not as firm as I would like right off the bat. I let them fluffy up for 24hrs. Will update after awhile of usage.

Soft & supportive pillows. You can remove some of the foam if you need/prefer a flatter pillow. I've been sleeping on this same pillow for years and have never needed to replace it because the 'memory foam pieces' do not flatten out over time like other standard memory foam pillows. I finally got my husband to try it because he's always complaining of neck pain when he wakes up. So far, so good. Haven't heard him complain since he switched to this pillow.

These are thick pillows, which is what I wanted. They are very soft and comfortable.

I do really don’t write review that often but I had to for these awesome pillows!! These pillows are exactly what we were looking for!! The pillows are amazing quality and you CANNOT beat the price!! I especially love how you can remove the foam inside to adjust the firmness. ITS PERFECT!! You can also wash the pillow covers, so you have 2 layers protecting the inside. The packaging was also super cute and protected the pillows nicely. As soon as I opened them, they were super quick to return to their normal shape. They had NO weird smells either which I am extremely happy about because I have such a sensitive nose. I need to order new pillows for all of my beds and will absolutely be getting them from here!!

These are ok as they are adjustable but I had to remove an extensive amount as this expands. It also has a bad odor that took a few days to go away.
