Live in the UK and been a dry eye sufferer for years. Ive bought other masks and face type covers off amazon and this one here is quite literally the best one I’ve ever come across.1. This mask fits very snugly over the eye area, the adjustable strap really gives a tight feel fit which is whats needed.2. The beads in this heat very quickly, 20 seconds in the microwave is all you need and this mask goes very hot very fast. Be careful when placing on the face and as mentioned max 20 seconds is all needed. Other masks ive had didnt heat as well and so led to me heating too long and damaging the mask, this one is VERY quickly and effective.3. The heat on this mask actually lasts for a considerable time frame. Other masks ive had the heat faded very quickly.4. The cleaning effect is amazing, no other mask has made my eyes actually water up and empty as quick as this. The condensation and watering effect from the mask I can tell is actually clearing the pores around my eyes.All in all this mask is absolutely 5* and the best I’ve come across and no, I am not a paid actor to say any of this but my fellow dry eye sufferers this one is excellent!! Highly recommend

The mask is very nice, feels lovely, does its job well.BUT first of all the instructions couldn’t be much harder to read - white on beige. And the mask is supposed to be useful for an eye condition which gives blurry vision!And then the only microwave instruction is “no more than 30 seconds at 800W.” Many people don’t know their microwave’s power, and many are higher than 800W. Mine IS 800, and at 30 seconds is almost too hot, so a more powerful machine could make it seriously too hot. Of course one should test the heat first, but this does seem potentially dangerous.

I rarely write reviews but had to for this product. I bought this because I developed a stye and was tired of soaking teabags in hot water (the heat never lasts long). It was such a bother too. As soon as I got this mask, I’ve been using it 3 or 4 times a day and it’s making a difference. I’m getting relief for not just my stye but dry eyes too! I’ve had dry eyes for a while now and no amount of eye drops was doing much. Just two days of using this mask and the dry, itchiness is no more! On top of that, it feels so deeply soothing and relaxing. All the muscles in the face and neck just relax and I fall asleep within 15 minutes. So yeah, great product. It’s only been a couple of days I’ve been using it for my stye and it feels a lot better (though not yet healed). Even after the stye is healed, I’ll keep using it regardless.

I bought this on advice of the optometrist after cataract surgery. A slight blockage in the glands of my eyelids & tear duct was causing my eyes to water. I ordered the mask off Amazon & really pleased. It fits well & is a good design. The size is right with an adjustable strap. It’s a good price too. Bonus is, it’s microwavable with a removable cover that can be washed. The warmth was very comforting & helped ease the “gritty” feel in my eye. Would highly recommend

I suffer with dry eyes and only tired the mask a couple of times, but it feels great to use and does offer some relief. Its a great fit and easy to use.

It does what it says, but you don’t need to leave it the microwave long about 30 seconds that’s all.

Was a bit dubious about the eye mask but have to say it works fine. Need to be careful with the microwave timing as it can get quite hot. Cools down pretty quickly so for longer sessions you might need several visits to the microwave.

Definitely helps to keeps your eyes moist. 20 seconds is enough in the microwave for me otherwise it's a little torturous on your eyeballs. Just feels like instant relaxation after a busy day at work. Very comfortable to wear as well
