Fits all swim equipment plus school stuff.
My daughter uses it everyday for carrying her books and her swimming equipments for training after school. Lots of pockets to put stuff in. The shoe compartment sold me, and its 45L capacity!

This is my second TYR backpack. The last one I had for at least 10 to 15 years, and I just wore it out. This one is a little smaller than my original but will hold all my gear.
