Wish I’d known about this product with my first pregnancy. Pregnancy insomnia was combatted successfully! I’d have a few before bedtime and I’d feel drowsy but not fuzzy headed. If I woke in the night I’d pop another 2 to help me drift back to sleep quickly-especially if I got up and used my phone/computer.I will always be reordering and recommending to folks. Love Boiron products-we use the pulsatilla for our toddler when she’s sick.

These sleep pellets have a slightly sweet taste. I'm kind of a hard case when it comes to insomnia, but sometimes the pellets help me to sleep. They don't seem to be addictive. I'd rather not take prescription sleep meds if I can help it, so these have a place in my medicine cabinet.

This natural supplement dissolves under the tongue. I take 5 pellets at bedtime when my thoughts are going to keep me up. I’m fast asleep within 15 minutes and I stay asleep. I’ve used this for more than a year and it’s not addictive. I use as needed.

Great for “monkey mind” at bedtime. Thought calming, easy to use. I pt. deducted because expensive for the 6-7 doses in the tube.

Idk what product everyone else on here received that's giving 4/5 star rating, bit it's not what I received. 2 nights: did not cause drowsiness, calming, relaxing, sleep. It actually caused my mind to race worse, laid there both nights for hours not being able to fall asleep. Woke up throughout the night as if I hadn't taken anything. Dropped the 5 pellets under my tongue, tasted like sugar melting. The following days I felt like a zombie, worse than had I not taken anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing...turns off your mind. I sleep like a baby.

Didn't notice any difference in falling asleep. I gave it 3 stars just because I did eventually fall asleep but don't feel these helped much
