Amazing book . Have always been a follower of the Dalai Lama but this book is one of the best as I was reading it whilst in a hospital waiting room whilst my husband was undergoing a cancer screening and the conversation between the Dalai Lama and Archbishop TuTu could still make me laugh would definitely recommend it really can lift your spirits and give you a different perspective on life.

This is the BEST book of my life. I couldn't stop my tears at the end. Blessings and all my love to Dalai Lama & Desmond Tutu. I can feel their love, warmth in my heart.

Really enjoyed reading this and the photos showing the affectionate friendship between Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama were sometimes comical and always uplifting. Lots of meaningful conversation between them together with a few insights from the author. An elderly friend lent me this book and I enjoyed it so much I bought two more to give as Christmas presents.

Unfortunately I could only get through half of this book it was repetitive and confusing at times.I get that they both have a wonderful relationship and sense of humour but the points being made were very confusing also the back and fourth commentary starting to give me a headache! I got to page 68 and gave up!I can see that it's got lots of 5 star ratings but this style of writing definitely isn't for me! Maybe someone will appreciate it more after I donate it to my local charity shop!

An exceptional Book. Full of incredible anecdotes that force a smile and lessons contained therein are priceless. 2 of my favourite icons of the world from vastly different backgrounds and religions but who are undoubtedly brothers and who believe wholeheartedly in the cultivation of joy and happiness in our lives. Beautifully written
