Caretist Mouth Guard, Night Guard Against Teeth Grinding Clenching -Set of 4- Comfort - Hygiene - Protection - Custom Fit (with 1 Storage Case)

I have been using this for over a month now and I have to say that for the price it is simply fantastic for what you get. I can't tell if it has solved my teeth clenching issue but I had a friend spend over $600 at the dentist for something similar and it didn't solve his problem either. I could say with some certainty that it has improved the issue as I seem to have less headaches the next day after wearing it. If your dentist is recommending an expensive bite guard I would give this a try.

Needed a mouthguard due to bad grinding and did a lot of damage to my teeth. Tried the cheap ones from big box stores however they were too thick to sleep with comfortably and rose too high on my gums. These actually turned out PERFECTLY. They are thick enough to provide cushion from damage but your jaw does not hurt in the morning. Easily moldable, and comes with a case.

Doesn't feel that comfortable but it's a mouth guard in your mouth. I doubt anything would feel comfortable. Took me a few tries to get it to shape with my teeth but it's not that difficult to work with. Good for sports, teeth whitening , etc. I like how it comes with a case for it although, I wish it came with two cause I wear both too and bottom but only have one storage case so that defeats the purpose for the other one. Be sure to purchase solutions to clean your mouth guards. People used homemade cleaner such as baking soda or mouth wash but that's up to you. Hope this helps. :)

Very Thin, tried multiple times to make it work, but so thin that when you heat it and put in mouth it simple will not adjust to the surface of your teeth, only the lower portion will work... a real guard is thick enough that it will customize to the front of your teeth as well as between your teeth, to secure the bite. A boxing Guard is thicker and will customize to side and front of teeth, much better than this cheap plastic semi-guard.

These are fairly small compared to others I've used. If you leave it in the hot water even a few seconds too long, it will shrink up to the point that it might not cover your molars. Now, the molars still shouldn't grind given the guard between the front teeth, but I'm thinking as it wears this might be a problem. All in all, I'm not dissatisfied. And it comes with 4 so you could always do a top and bottom.

I love these guards. I was able to sleep with it comfortably without it falling out in the middle of the night. I was looking for something that was thinner and this definitely is!

Great price / value. But the guard is too thin and small. Give little protection. I've used other brands that are thicker and give some comfort.Easy to mold to teeth and easy to use. Wish they were more sturdy.

this is great for people who have chewed through other guards. They're thin and sturdy but not so toughthat your jaw hurts the next day and firm enough that you don't destroy it too quickly!
