Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter - iPhone Charger with Fast Charging Capability, Type C Wall Charger

This was a convenience purchase. If Apple would give their products better battery life, I would not need a charger in two locations. Yes, it is way overpriced, but it is also well made. I have had other brands of chargers fail, but never an Apple charger.

Plugs in my outlet and then did work my older iMac. Works my IPhone 11 great and my older iWatch. It is now outdated for my 2024 iMac. That’s PROGRESS. It’s is easy to use and sits on my kitchen counter. Be sure what you need to charge what. Does not get hot and is well built because it comes from Apple.

Lost my charging head when I went on vacation and needed a new one but didn't want to pay $30 to get the one from Apple which I will most likely lose again lol so I decided to try this one out to see if there was any difference between the two and I can't really notice any difference. The charging speed is exactly the same, it doesn't cause my phone to get overly hot or anything. Honestly if you needed a spare charging head or 2 I would just buy a pair of these to keep maybe one in your car and one in your purse or at work or whatever so you don't gotta keep carrying your official one from Apple around with you and risk losing it.

I bought two of these Apple 20W USB-C power adapters for our iPhone 16, and they are fantastic. The charging speed is really fast—way quicker than the older chargers we had. They’re compact, reliable, and exactly what you expect from Apple quality. I’m definitely buying more in the future. Highly recommend!

Apple certainly didn't spend 10 seconds on the design of this power adapter. You'd think they could have come up with something less clunky, more Apple-like ad more "premium." This is just a plain white block of plastic that doesn't even have Apple branding on it (except for the tiny label on the socket side). On the plus side, it's a pretty good value as Apple products go. It works. I've got about 4 of these and have never had an issue with them. I just wish they were more portable. I saved the prong guards from other devices I've purchased and slip those over the ends to avoid scratching things like my iPad.
