Now that I've bought this scoop i know I will never have to buy another. This is amazing. It cuts though frozen ice cream like butter. hand wash and dry only. You will understand when you receive it. Nice big handle on it so it doesn't slip in your hand. Makes it so easy to scoop anything hard. I use it to clean my Cantaloups too makes easy work of them. Great investment.

Not all scoops are created equal. The old one I used to have doesn't compare to this one at all. This one is great. The handle is soft and easy to hold but the entire thing feels really heavy and firm and cuts through frozen ice cream easily. The scoop angle works really well and the ice cream doesn't get stuck inside of the scoop like with a traditional round scoop. And no awkward thumb lever to push to release the ice cream. Not to mention those are hard to clean. I also happen to like all the colors the handles come in. Great purchase for this household!

Looks nice, quality made and works great, my only complaint is it either needs to be hand washed which is quick or put the right angle in the dishwasher or water remains in the scoop...it hasn't changed the look or left water spots it's just annoying when I forget and grab it out and the other dishes get wet.
