I expected something a little better than this for the price, literally looks like they took a handful of spoons from Sweet Frog. Disappointed

THESE DO NOT CHANGE COLORS. As you can see, these have been sitting in iced cold water and NO CHANGE. WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY THESE.
