i received my book today. just browsed through it and , what a book, packed with info. worth every penny. am so glad i bought it. info i would not find in many books, i found here. thank you to the author for being so generous and saving me time and money

If you practice the exercises Mat has outlined in this book, you'll be able to tap into and hone these psychic skills you have.Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of his exercises, they're really hard and they push you out of your mental comfort zone, as you literally destroy the mental blocks which prevent you from accessing your psychic powers and intuition.There are around 90 exercises overall and each is so unique and powerful.In some sections, Mat has referenced numerous scientific research papers as well, and offers scientific evidence of how the brain works and how this ties into our psychic abilities.This is definitely not a "read once and put away" book. It will be your lifelong companion as you make your way through your magickal journey.The paperback book is of amazing quality. The cover is buttery smooth and pages are thick. The designs of the cover and back pages are gorgeous.Definitely a must buy for anyone interested in connecting with their Intuitive, psychic self and exploring their own magickal abilities.

It is not heavy to read and without any logic. Just spells and summoning energies. Wish I could have returned it.
