Self-Tapped into Vehicle Metal as Expected
Worked as expected. Thought there was a problem at first, because they seemed to have loosened up after a driving trip, but then I tightened again and they seemed to stay tight (maybe the box I was securing shifted and/or wasn't fully seated when I put screws in initially).

These are great self tapping screws.. Very strong.. The drill tip is roughly 1/8 long..

DO NOT TRY TO FOLLOW INSTURCTIONS
ONCE INSTALLED THEY LOOK GREAT. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE. RECOMMEND THAT FLARES BE ATTACHED USING THE TWO TOP HOLES ON EACH WHEEL WELL PER INSTRUCTIONS (THEN THROW INSTRUCTIONS AND REMAINING HARDWARE OUT) AND USE SELF TAPPING 3/4 INCH, BLACK SCREWS TO SECURE WHERE NECESSARY. USE TAPE TO HOLD WEATHER STRIPPING IN PLACE THEN REMOVE WHEN FLARES ARE ATTACHED. COULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS WITH PROPER INSRUCTIONS.

These look and work great. I used them to attach a piece of black decorative sheet metal to cover an ugly open duct and needed the sheet to be absolutely flat to the wall, and you can’t even see these screws. Perfect. 10/10 recommend

Works great for the right application
I apparently read the size wrong so I assumed the heads were bigger, more pan head-like, as we used them to install weld wire fencing to metal tube posts. I just purchased large fender washers that I will paint black eventually, and that worked great! Probably would have needed the washers anyway, to ensure the wire doesn't slip, so in all the screws did their job great!

Great for truck bed liner
Used these to secure the back end of my truck’s bed liner. It was warping on the end. Put 4 screws in each side and it worked perfectly
