Helps with my migraines. Of course it's not a miracle cure, but in combination with my Zomig it does help when they are severe. I would recommend this product for sufferers of severe migraine. Only downfall is you have to lay down. There is not strap on it.

trying this with a couple other hot/cold packs. fits forehead well, neck only so-so. for me, i find i have to go back and forth from cold to hot several time to get migraines under control - so i bought two of these; both for cold so i can switch at 20min intervals.

In addition to suffering from migraines, I have the added pleasure of dealing with never ending sinus pressure from my allergies. After much research and reading the reviews of this eye pillow, I decided to give it a try and could not be happier. For migraines, having anything over my eyes helps me manage the pain but for my sinuses in particular, this pillow has done wonders and I wish that I would have known about it long ago. The way that this is formed results in just the right amount of pressure being applied to the main sinus pressure points and provides a tremendous amount of relief. I have not yet tried using this cooled but have used it plenty of times heated and it has been much more durable than many other alternatives I had in the past. It is also the perfect size and contour to be used as a neck pillow, which is an added benefit!

This pillow mask is not at all what I expected. Usually when I get a migraine I cannot lay down because it gets worse. The reason I purchased it is thinking the weight of the pillow might put enough pressure to help ease my head...The main thing I DO NOT like is, I prefer to lay on my side but the mask will not stay in place if you do. I actually thought about sewing a band around it to hold it in place

My daughter and I suffer from migraines.I love this pillow. It is great for when I have a migraine. The weight of the pillow provides the right amount of pressure on my eyes. It is large enough it blocks all light. Put it in the freezer and it is the best cold pack ever. My only negative is the cost, but that is because I am cheap:) It really is worth every penny. It is so good I bought one for my daughter, so we didn't have to share. She is going to start college this fall. And I am buying her one for her dorm room. I have had the first one for about 19 months, and the quality is great. There are no signs of wear. I started out using it for migraines only, but now use it most nights.

I ordered two of these. They're wonderful. Shared one with a friend last night and he liked it too. They are so relaxing and calming and they stay cool for a long time. I fell asleep with mine on and 2 hours later it was still cool. I had put them in the freezer. They cover a large part of your face so not only relax the forehead, but also the eyes, sinus area and top of the head. You do need to lay on your back, which I never do, but it was so relaxing that I fell asleep anyway. I would definitely buy these as gifts for friends and will like come back for another for myself. A great investment in yourself!!!

Mine got wet and the flax seeds turned into goo. I tried to rinse off the goo and they all kept expanding and turned into a nasty mess. For $30, they could have put the flax seed in a plastic wrap so that if it got wet, it wouldn't ruin the entire thing. I had to rip it open, empty the seeds, and now I have a very expensive piece of cloth. Going to try and refill it with something else and sew it up. Should have just made one myself.

This pillow is wonderful all around. It is heavy but not too heavy, it blocks the light and provides comfort. I suffer from migraines caused by blockages in my nose and behind my eyes, the warmth from the pillow helps to break up the congestion and provides immediate relief while blocking the light at the same time. I will be repurchasing this pillow in the future!Note- The flax seeds do have a mild fragrance which I find to be soothing but may bother some individuals.
