My phone is 2+ yrs old and we all know battery life diminishes with updates etc, this pack is a life saver. 3 Stars because I have to turn it on, and have to keep checking that it is still charging. A little movement and the pack stops charging the phone, frustrating when on the move, fine when I'm sitting at my desk.

My first one was a dummy and didn't work, very disappointing so I returned it for refund. Seller reached out to me and offered to replace it free of charge and so far so good! Charging fairly quickly even while phone is in use, hopefully it last long! Great customer service!

This case made my phone very hot in a very short period of time, to the point it did an auto shutdown to cool down and i took it out of the case. About an hour later it felt normal. Im afraid it will make my phone blow up as I've heard other cases do.

It was good at first but then today it just died. It didn't even last a month. It was very difficult to remove the case.
