Brook Super Converter - PS3 to PS4, Support PS3 and PS5(Wired) Controllers on PS4 Console, Gaming Controller Adapter

I bought this specifically to play Tekken 7 PS4 on my PS5 and it works with my PS3 mad catz TE MVC3 Ed. No mods needed just plug in and hit the home button and boom we in. Full control of the console too not just in game. I haven’t tried a PS5 title yet as I don’t own any but on PS4 games it works flawlessly.

While it does take a bit of tech savviness to understand the process of connecting the device to a PC and updating the firmware properly, this device functioned as described and has allowed me to use my Logitech Steering Wheel with my PS4. I no longer have to buy a new wheel.

I purchased this to let my Logitech Driving Force GT work with my ps4. It does so, but I had to download the firmware 'downgrade' tool to switch to the steering wheel compatible firmware version, and unfortunately there was no linux compatible version of that tool, so I had to boot into Windows to use it.Would be better if the current firmware still supported driving wheels, then there would be no need for a firmware swapping tool. Would also be nice if the raw firmware files were provided so using the custom firmware management software wasn't necessary.

Fantastic .... brilliant that I can use the PS3 wheel and pedals on my PS4. It works on GT7, Crew 2 and the response on the wheel and pedals (including feedback through the wheel) works as it should. The converter is straight forward to use. Make sure you download the latest version to the dongle via your PC ... instructions on YouTube. For $80NZD landed to door, this is way cheaper than an equivalent new wheel set up valued at over $570NZD. I definitely recommend this product .... it is getting plenty of use from me & the kids!!

I have one of the Pico Fighting Boards. The Pico Fighting Board does work with PC, PS3, and PS4 (8-minute timeout). However, somewhere between 15-30% of PS3 games are NOT compatible with the Pico FB because of security code/checks the Pico FB firmware lacks. The PS4 compatibility is also limited by the pesky 8-minute timeout. It seems only a full-PCB replacement or later-generation converters like the $60 Wingman converters work for full PS4 compatibility.There was talk about security code cracks but that went nowhere. None of the so-called procedures and "code-ripping" from licensed PS4 controllers really work. All seemed lost and it looked like it would take ANOTHER 3-5 years before a solution was found.The latest Brook universal adapters DO work with the Pico Fighting Board (not that they do you much good with the XBox consoles but that's another subject people can research for themselves)! That means with the right adapter a Pico FB will work with PS4 and PS5 with no problem -- just be sure you have a Touchpad Key button if the game requires it!But what about the 15-30% of PS3 games the Pico Fighting Board is locked out of? Well, not a problem anymore it seems. I tested a Pico FB joystick yesterday plugged into a Brooke PS3=>PS4 white (A1 revision) converter and the joystick cleared the security checks of games I was NOT able to use it with before. Controller response is excellent and there appears to be no lag.While the Pico FB joystick is basically an emulator/PC joystick now it's nice to be able to use it with consoles when I want to.

Love this product ! Second time purchasing it. These perfectly work for the latest firmware on ps4 - Although the price is steep it totally is worth it for the most part when using older fightsticks to play Street Fighter 6 - Thanks a lot !

Have used multiple controllers. It seems to detect the DualShock 3 as a g29 racing wheel when using this on PC, so the analog sticks and triggers do not work. would not recommend this product currently unless there is a fix.

Perfect adapter for fighting sticks that work on PS3 to play on PS4. Much cheaper than having to buy a new arcade controller. Very fun playing mortal kombat games on.
