NO LIGHT? Solution: Flip the power plug connected to the ballast (oval shaped) and re-insert it the other way. It can be inserted two ways. This is called "reversing polarity" BULB OUT / ERROR? This is typically found on European vehicles, however it can be found on modern American as well. The vehicle thinks the bulb is out because the HID puts less of a load on the system than a regular bulb. Solution: Purchase Resistors (50W) or Plug-n-Play HID decoders and install on the ballast wiring. (Sold Separately, Not Included) MOUNTING? They can be mounted almost anywhere, however we highly recommend away from excessive heat. The #1 killer of ballast is heat. You can use the provided sticky pads and mount on a clean surface.
