Chooze Fresh Spin Slip-On Shoes

I read the other Chooze reviews prior to ordering these, and many reviewers said they run big. I normally wear women's US size 8, so I ordered these in a 7. They are just a smidge too small. Maybe I'm a large 8, not quite 8 1/2. They fit okay without socks, but if i tried to wear them with anything thicker than hosiery, it'd be too small. They're also pretty stiff, I've been wearing them for about a week now, and I'm not sure they've loosened up much. At the widest part of my foot they rub a bit, I can't wear them without nylon stockings. I'm hoping they'll soften, because they are soooo cute! Every other part of the shoe is very comfortable, the pattern is adorable, love the colors. I'll wear them in spite of the discomfort, they're that cute. My two year old pointed at my shoes this morning and said 'Cute shoes mommy!'

I ordered these shoes based upon previous reviews, style, and materials (I prefer vegan apparel). The shoes are adorable; unfortunately, the backs are so high that, even after "breaking them in" at home for several hours, they tore up my heels badly. Even 8 days later, I still haven't healed up! Since I did wear them out, I cannot return them.So -- if you have sensitive heels and can't take shoes that are designed with high backs, don't buy these! If that design isn't usually a problem for you, you'll most likely find these wonderful. In every other way, they are quite nice.

Great shoes. Not sure about the arch support question. I got tired of just wearing black or silver flats with dresses and was looking for something with a little more body but that wasn't a "sneaker" to transition from the work day to when I pick up the kids and go to baseball practice or take a short walk during the day. I picked this color because it goes with just about anything--as a shoe. I wore them to work and then to play with my kids. I walked over 12k steps [per my Fitbit] in them with no issues so that says something. Super cute and comfortable, Bonus--they are easy to clean off if they get dirty. I'll definitely be buying another pair.

These are just what I was looking for: cute vegan shoes that slip off and on easily. The insoles come out. I plan to replace them with Smart Feet liners for additional arch support and padding. If you are someone who can wear flip flops or regular flats comfortably, that wouldn't be necessary. I would have given these shoes a five-star rating if they'd come with better insoles.

I love the crazy asymmetrical patterns. They are very comfortable. They do seem a little larger than the stated size, but I find they work for me.
