This is the second one I have purchased... the company is extremely helpful in selecting the right product matching my toilet in size and also provides the best quality fitment accessories...more companies need to emulate the service and product.

Well crafted and stylish looking. Quite heavy toilet seat and cover with great Walnut finish.Mounting hinges are made of good material and adjustable to suite the distance between the commode mounting holes.Only drawback I see is that the hinges may not be of of right gauge to sustain heavy seat cover. Will need retightening of the hinge nuts once in a while.

The product has held up well since my purchase in May 2019. My suggestion is that the manufacturer should provide a "locking nut" mechanism, so that one doesn't have to keep tightening the wing nuts. An asymmetrical "spring" washer would do the trick!

Excellent quality . Easy fixing. Easy maintenance. Use gently wet cloth when cleaning as it is wood. So much better than plastic for the esthetic but also for the comfort. I will buy again .

The item is great for one's personal toilet.
