Helped stop really painful cramping in my legs

So I have been having so many health issues due to toxic mold exposure and that effected my gut permeability which in turn made me super sensitive to oxalates in food. For almost two months I have been so out of it and the worst part was sleep issues. I’m also prescribed ADHD meds so on top of everything else that also makes my sleep problems worse. I know that mold, adderall, and especially oxalates deplete minerals in the body, and even tho I bought minerals to go in my water, I didn’t really feel different. I got this stuff hoping it’d make a difference and wow!!!! I took it right when it arrived and then I had a snack, by the time I was done eating I was ready to fall asleep, which is a feeling I get rarely. I’m often tired but it’s impossible to fall asleep. I only took one of these and it knocked me out into the best nap of my LIFE!!! It was soooo hard for me to get up, in the best way! I woke up feeling so refreshed and like a new human being who can function normally with energy!!!! It makes me wonder how much of my symptoms were just extremely amplified due to mineral depletion even tho I try to get them from food as well, these just work differently. I’m so grateful I tried this product after spending hundreds of dollars on other supplements hoping to achieve the same effect.

I’ve bought and liked this product for 12 years. Unfortunately since 2024 it can no longer be shipped to me in Hawaii. What’s up with that?

rather large pills but coated to swallow easily

Since I have been taking these tablets I don't have leg cramps. The only down side is they are fairly large.

I have used this specific supplement for a couple of years now. I feel that this is the best value, and that the ingredients are much better than some of the ones I have used in the past. I definitely get better sleep and less heart palpitations when using this consistently!

Works good
