Outstanding Customer Service
Initial review: Cheap. Fell apart at the hinges.Update: Was contacted by the seller. They offered to replace the set that broke. If they do, I will update again.Update again: The seller actually sent me another set of the ones that broke. I'm pretty excited because I really liked the earrings.

Perfect.
I initially selected this product because they are sold in pairs and I have two piercings. They were easy to put in. They do "click" closed. They are not difficult to close and it is a perfect fit. The 18 gauge is true to size. I've had them in (and out) for a coupe of days. They are seamless. They can be turned through my piercings without rough edges. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Buy these if you want infected ears (Updated) 03/04/19
(Updated 03/04/19) I'm updating my review and changing my 1 star review to 3 stars and removed the photo based off the friendly customer service. They reached out to me, their response time to my emails were quick, and they offered a full refund. I definitely appreciate it since I'm unable to use the earrings. I think the reaction could have been to the coating or paint used to get the black color, but I honestly don't know if it's real surgical steel or not?? None the less I would use this company again for the great customer service.. Thank you HadskissThere is no way these are stainless surgical steel. I cleaned these in soap and alcohol before putting them in my ears. Within a day or two my ear became irritated and infection started setting up. They feel very cheap/flimsy. Went out and bought real surgical steel hoops to save my ears.

Save your money!
Not only did these make my ears irritated, but the ends are jagged which made my ears bleed before I ever got them in my daith piercings. If you’re sensitive to certain metals and you like ease of use, don’t buy these! They’re not easy to get in, like I thought they’d be. Highly disappointed...

So much better than captive beads. (16g Lip ring 10mm)
I was searching for a solution to my disappointment with captive beads. This is so much easier than captive beads. I'm using it as a lip ring. It took a bit of a push to get it in because the end isn't rounded out but I will only be buying hinged clickers. Life saver. Tip: apply gentle pressure with pliers with the hinge unlocked. This is so the hinge isn't easily opened when locked. Tighter fit.

NEVER THE RIGHT GAUGE
The site claimed they were 18 gauge, and I researched and read reviews extensively. I have a tricky nose piercing and need the exact gauge. I paid for expedited shipping, and when they arrived I was SUPER disappointed. I purchased more 18 gauge needles and plastic catheters to help me thread the ring through and the hoop was too big for the needle. I assumed it was the needles issue, and came to find out that the hoop was actually too big (a friend tried one of them in her true to size 18gauge nose piercing). It seems that the company fixes the issue, but why not relabel or specify that it is not a true 18 gauge?

Using instead of nose bone....
Had a 14k diamond nose bone with the perfect notch at the end at 18g. 18g was what I was pierced with several years ago, but it is hard to find anything "classy" looking, but still "trendy".I know, I might have been led down a path I cant recover from, its crazy!!I was not too sure about these rings. And I had my tape measure out trying to determine what would go where. I love em! I will say that although I haven't tried, putting them in as earrings I am CERTAIN would be much simpler than being a newbie to the flush fitting clasp. I will admit, I got nauseous a couple times, definitely sweaty...but we are gooood now. Still want to replace that nose bone, but this not SO young girl will hang with this for a bit.

Not happening!
The end of the hoop is too sharp and blunt and it doesn't fit into the piercing hole. I ordered two sizes and neither could be inserted for the same reason. It may work if the insertion end tapered off, if it was narrower and finished ( the end of these hoops are blunt cut, and sharp!)
