Great for a end of workout finisher
I roll one of the rows of dice everyday. Snap a pic of it and when I'm done lifting, I turn this into a HIIT finishing move. Great way to end the workout.

Nice
Quality was fine, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

A good sweat and no thought!
Fun thing to make decisions about sets easier.

No instructions included
First off, I love these dice. I teach, and in this virtual teaching environment we built 10 minutes between each class. I found that I can get a micro workout in for 5 of those minutes and these dice are perfect for varying that workout. My only complaint is that they don't come with instructions for what the exercises written on the dice actually are, but a quick internet search fixes that issue. It would be nice to have though in case of network issues

Duplicate Dice
One of the dice was a duplicate, but I still like the product. I wish I had all of the dice then it would have gotten a 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Little pricey but fun!
These are slightly expensive for basically "dice" but they are fun to use and help you mix up your workouts. Especially with the gyms closed. Different levels offer different exercises with increased sets. The only drawback is if you are looking for a structured hardcore workout, or a lighter workout, the dice are random.
