Before I give my review, I need to give you all some context. I'm 29 Years old and been balding since I was 23. My hair only grows on the sides and back of my head but the top won't grow at all. I've considered Hair Restoration like Bosley and Hair club, each absolutely ridiculous in pricing. I heard of Toppik for about 2 years now but never given it a try. Until now.I want to add that this is definitely best used with the applicator, just pouring it on your head; you won't get it evened out and it'll most likely waste some of the product.2.) Combine this with a really solid hair spray to keep the fibers in place. They don't stick well by themselves. I'm serious. You sneeze and a black dust cloud will form and BAM! No more hair. I found it worked best by applying the fibers in portions, hair spray it, let it dry, and then apply more fibers and repeat until you get your desired look. If you keep applying it, the applicator will eventually just start blowing off the fiber you already placed.Be patient with it, once you got the rhythm down to apply it, you're golden. I'm not sure how this will do on longer hairstyles but I personally went with something more realistic and kept it short, at about a 2 or 3 on top. Used my clippers to fade out my sides and the magic came about. I have hair now. This product seriously helped me out with my balding. And I mean I was straight bald on top, with the whole horseshoe thing going on. Hated it. Couldn't get used to the full bald head thing either. Now matter how many times I've tried over the years. I even purchased myself a 2nd, bigger bottle to have as a back up.To my surprise; despite how much I thought I used with the applicator, wasting some product trying to get the right way in applying it without the applicator blowing off my hard work, but I only used about 15% of the bottle. Now that I know how to put it on, I'd imagine I'd use alot less of the fibers than I did on my first use.Overall; this product is a great alternative if you don't want to spent thousands on hair restoration surgery. You'll get a nice, clean, full head of hair that looks real too.Trust in the process.

I have been using this product for about a year now, and i waited this long to give the best review i can possibly give.So bottom line, it works! You cannot be completely bald, you still have to have some hair. My hair started thinning about a year ago, and it has gotten even worse but i am so thankful for this product because no one knows how thin my hair has gotten. I bought the pump thing with it and i HIGHLY recommend using that. It connects to the top of the bottle and pumps the fibers into your hair. It gives you such a filled look its unbelievable.I see some people asking, what happens when you sweat? Doesn't it just come down black all over your face. NO, it doesn't. It actually stays on well. However, when you sweat you start to wipe the sweat off your face and hair and that might "erase" it and you'll have a spot missing without the hair fibers.Over time of using, say 1 weeks worth. It makes the BIGGEST mess in the bathroom. You do not see these fibers but they are flying everywhere in the air when you are applying it. They then fall to the ground and settle in areas like the corners or on top of the baseboards. You do not see it immediately but after a few days you start to see the black "dust" everywhere. I only get worried about breathing this thing in. I blow my nose sometimes and i see nothing but black fibers come out. Worries me a lot. I have been putting a towel over my nose when applying and hope that helps.I haven't quite figured out the best way to style my hair with this thing though. When i get out the shower, i dry my hair then start to spray this into it. I tap my hair gently for it to settle and wait a little. If i start to wet my hair a little bit or apply a styling product it erases it right off if im going to fast. I have to be very careful and slowly style it. I will then have to spray a bit more fibers into the hair to fill in the erased spots.To keep this review short, IT WORKS and I RECOMMEND IT!! Try it out, it wont hurt.
