Listen.....This is my favorite moisturizer of all time ever. The way ive spent THOUSANDS on other moisturizers just to end back up using this one instead lol. It's SUPER thick but will create an occlusive layer on your skin overnight to protect & nourish. I use a lot of intense active ingredients (tret, acids, etc.) and my skin will get super sensitive often, so i need something that wont sting on my super sensitive days. This is it. I'll put on a THICK layer every night & wake up with the smoothest, plumpest skin of my life. The consistency is a thick, white cream thats thick like vaseline, but not a gross sticky feel. You can pile it on at night like i do? or use a pea size amount for a lighter application. I like to pile it on overnight tho. All in all: If you use harsh actives or have sensitive skin & noticed that moisturizers for "sensitive skin" still burn or cause redness...... try this one. it changed my life i swear lol. :)

I didn't like this at first. Too thick and felt weird.I kept using it to finish the container up. And it grew on me. It soaks in pretty quickly and does infact help repair skin barrier.My skin is softer using this every night as my last step, i know glob quite a bit on to help protect my.akin at night when i sleep.I apply a tiny bit in the morning as last step also just for some added freshness.The consistency is creamy, does leave a greasiness feeling directly after applying but it does soak in within 30 minutes sometimes quicker (depends on how much you put on) doesnt leave a sticky feeling either (again after soaking in)Consider this a high quality item.No fragrance (thank goodness as i dont do well with overly scented items).This is one of my daily items now. Missing a night or 2 is ok. Just makes my face feel supple and soft. I also dont have dry patches around my nose anymore and thats a huge plus for me.

Es una maravilla. Si estás buscando algo que te hidrate la piel pero tienes miedo de equivocarte porque últimamente los productos te están haciendo daño. Esta crema es ideal y perfecta porque no sufrirás daño alguno, al contrario te salvará como a mí. Te hidrata y es milagrosa realmente! Después de haberte sanado úsala pero No todos los días, recuerda que son muchos químicos y no está tan bien usarla diariamente!

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 is hands down one of the best multi-purpose healing balms I’ve used. It’s incredibly soothing, especially for irritated, dry, or post-procedure skin. I’ve used it after laser treatments, chemical peels, and even minor cut and it always speeds up healing without clogging pores.The texture is rich but not greasy, and it absorbs surprisingly well. It leaves a protective barrier without feeling heavy. I use it mostly at night because it is heavier.I have repurchased this product many times.

Having a compromised skin barrier on the face is difficult and most occlusive agents break me out terribly. The Cicaplast balm is much more comfortable than petrolatum based products yet still provides the occlusive properties that I am seeking for night time barrier support. A little goes a long way so even though the tube is small I anticipate it lasting quite a while as I only need a pea sized dallop to cover the areas that need treating. I do prefer the Cicaplast spray for daytime use and do use it under the balm just to increase comfort and hydration. Since incorporating the Cicaplast products I have seen much greater levels of hydration over all other prior products and I've tried many. Only 4 stars due to both price and the fact that I still need another product under the balm to aid in comfort and hydration. Would definitely purchase again and only wish that I had tried the Cicaplast products sooner as I would probably have worked through the barrier disruption by now if I had.

I've developed sensitive skin in my 40s. Started getting perioral dermatitis (gah!) a couple of years ago and I wanted to have skincare that doesn't aggravate thar condition. I've stopped using several things and have incorporated several other things: some that don't cause me irritation and some that soothe irritations. This stuff is my go to when I feel like my dermatitis is about to flare up. I can use it under makeup or other actives that might otherwise be irritating.It's pretty mousturizing (not greasy), so it may not work for the super oily folks. It's a thick white paste but doesn't have a white caste like some of the zinc based treatments.I'm now on my 3rd tube. It's a little pricey so I use Triple Ointment (diaper rash cream with zinc) overnight if I need to try to calm a flare up and usually save this for day time.Love it!

I was recommended this product as a step up from aquaphor to heal a facial wound that was making me very insecure. I applied a small amount at nighttime and by morning I was AMAZED at how much it reduced the redness, hydrated the dry/cracked skin, and overall how quickly it had improved, just overnight. I have now been using it religiously on any area of my face that has discoloration because the ingredients are really beneficial for scarring, hyperpigmentation and boosting the skin’s barrier. The texture is non-greasy (nothing like Vaseline or aquaphor, which I was somewhat expecting based on its comparison), and it hasn’t caused me any irritation, breakouts or other issues.A small amount is all you need. It’s worth the money and has a lot of uses and benefits. It really is a “holy grail”.

This cream has been my go to moisturizer for a long time. It just sucks that they only sell 30 ml tubes here in the US when im used to buy 100ml tubes. I use this for my stretchmarks too. It is not easily absorbable as it is thick, however it does not give you a sticky feeling once the skin has absorbed the product fully.
